Poor quality of choices. Roses I purchased were browning and the florist was going to "perk" them up. I could've done a better arrangement. Pinks were all on one side...Whites, etc. The same. Won't go there again.
The man who helped us pick flowers was lovely and did a nice job.
I called this florist at 2 pm in a panic because another florist was not able to deliver flowers to my grandmother for her birthday. Carrie was super helpful and sweet, and they got the flowers to my grandmother same day last minute. The flowers are beautiful and my grandmother is super happy.

Stared at us like we were speaking an alien language while we told her what we wanted (a small nosegay and a boutonniere), then said she had to get someone from the back to help us. When we came back to pick up the flowers, she was just as curt and unfriendly.
