Flowers for a funeral we had here today were not delivered until the service had already started. The florist was to have had them here by 10am--which is what was specified on the delivery card--but they did not arrive until just after 11am. The delivery person then thought that she would walk into the sanctuary and place the flowers at the altar, even though the service was already in progress. Obviously, we did not allow that to happen. The family of the deceased--who had ordered the flowers--was very upset that their flowers had not arrived in time to be displayed in the sanctuary, and wondered why they found them in the narthex after the service. After explaining the situation, the family was advised to contact the florist and request a refund. We did not even get an apology from the delivery person for the flowers being late!

All of this took place after the florist contacted us on Wednesday asking us if they could deliver the flowers on Thursday for our Friday funeral. They were told "no" because we always want fresh flowers--not day old flowers. They did that to us on a funeral a few weeks ago and the flowers looked awful by the next day.

Again, do not do business with this company!!!

I ordered Mothers Day flowers to be delivered on Friday 5/12, a week in advance. I called on Friday morning and was assured that the flowers were out for delivery and would be there today and to call back closer to 4pm to ensure they delivered. I called at 3:30pm and the flowers still had not delivered. They tried to reach the driver and he was not available. I asked for a call back from a manager and still did not receive a call. I called again at 4pm and spoke with the manager Lauren. The only thing she could or would offer was a Monday delivery or a free refund. Neither of these options are acceptable. I asked for her to continue to call the driver and contact me back. At 4:30 I still had not heard anything and when I would attempt to call, the call would go to voicemail.

First off, the flowers were suppose to be delivered on Saturday, Sept.23. They flowers were never delivered. Since this was my birthday, I would not have know they were going to be delivered until my mother, who ordered them, informed me. She called on Sunday to see if I like them and I had to inform her that I didn't get anything nor knew they were delivered. She called them to ask where they were and they said I didn't answer the door. With no intention to re-deliver, my mom had to ask them to bring it out Monday. After calls every day if complaining that the flowers were not delivered, they finally delivered it on Wednesday. 4 days after my birthday. But the story doesn't get better.

Please do not use this flower shop! They never delivered my flowers and are not returning my calls.

Horrible experience.

On Wednesday, a employee, JoAnn, called to verify my address. As I was explaining to her the location of my apartment building, she interrupted me by saying she would find it and then hung up the call. Due to the fact that I worked 0.8 miles from my apartment, I went to help her find the location. I called her back to let her know that I received the flowers and politely informed her that she was rude and disrespectful by hanging up the phone during the conversation. JoAnn decided to inform me that she had other deliveries to make and it sounded like I was not going to help her find my apartment. Once again, this conversation came off very rude and disrespectful. I then asked for her supervisor's name and she was told me just to call the number and then hung up the phone. I called Flowers of Lady Lake and spoke with Alexis, who was not the supervisor, because I was informed one was not at the location at this time. Explained the situation to Alexis and she stated it would be followed up on. She then called JoAnn to inform her, which JoAnn then proceed to then call me back to "apologize". Her apologize was insincere. I explained to her that I understand that she was having a bad day and has a lot of deliveries to make but she needed to be more respectful to people. She then continued with sarcasm by saying, "you're right, I really need to stop worrying about getting all my deliveries done and start worrying about how to talk to people." JoAnn managed to turn a nice gesture into a horrible experience. Something needs to be done about her attitude and behavior because it was completely unacceptable and gives a negative feedback to the company. Instead of having the opportunity to call my mother and brag on the flowers, we had to discuss the method of how the flowers were delivered. Very poor customer service!!

The flowers I ordered for Mother's Day were delivered a full week late. Half of them are dead, they were just dropped at the door with no apology for the horrible service that was provided. They had my phone number and never once called me to explain the reason, or lack there of, for not delivering my order in a reasonable and timely manor. I had to call/email the company a total of six times to get this situation rectified. I am so disappointed and disgusted by this company. I will never again use this company and would love to know I saved someone else the pain of having to deal with this place.

I would not recommend this florist to anyone!

Just received a surprise fruit basket as a gift and while I'm very thankful for the thought, I feel terrible that the sender wasted their money on this basket that has rotten fruit and the fruit is just thrown in here, no presentation at all. If I could give no stars I would.

I love to support small business but they make it very difficult to do so. The lack of care from them when they failed to deliver flowers timely is absolutely unacceptable.
