I was at this place for about an hour waiting to be served but the two ladies that were working that day totally ignored my presence until I got up ready to leave. Never they said "good morning" or "we will see you soon". I will never go back.. I will have business with another travel agency in the future. Very poor service, lack of courtesy.
I have used Julie Burns at Yankee Trails several times and could not be more pleased with the service I received. I have gone to the Agency in person twice and have been treated very well each time. I really like their policy of providing free transportation to and from the sea port.
