We needed to travel to Florida to assist with older friends who are experiencing serious health complications. They have a unit at Extra Space Storage in Lady Lake. We visited the location with them to take and inventory. There was a young woman by the name of Kelsey working on the day of our visit. She was nothing short of amazing! She was professional, kind, helpful and went to great lengths to assist us. Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have her as an employee. If Kelsey is an example of the superior customer service offered by your company....well, in short, your the best storage facility available!!!
