Extremely comfortable and a great stay all around. Look out for the old people on golf carts!

Staying here for 3 weeks as we are in between housing at the moment. EXCELLENT location! Restaurants within walking distance - Dunkin Donuts, Too Jays, Gators Dockside and many others. There's a movie theater and bowling alley close by. Pool is clean and inviting. Everyone on the staff has been friendly, professional and courteous. The grounds are clean, rooms are spacious, laundry facilities are on floors 2 and 4 (coin operated). Full kitchen in the suites are a definite plus. Absolutely recommend this hotel - great for business or vacation.
I'm fleeing hurricane Irma with an elderly parent, a 9 year old and 2 dogs. They could not be nicer. The beds are awesome and the building is newish 10 years old. Great place to stop on your way in the middle of the state. Every major store is within 10 minutes of this location. They have 12 people staying on site for the storm. Feel safe despite the uncertainty of the next 48 hpurs.

I loved the rooms, they made you feel at Home! The staff was friendly and helpful! I loved the breakfast spot downstairs!
The attitude of some clown clerk at the front desk the morning after a fire displaced guests for 3 hours the previous evening was atrocious. There is an underlying feeling in The Villages that some businesses there will do anything to go cheap on customers. The rudeness here was uncalled for. The fire originated in a poorly maintained dishwasher in a guest room. Upon returning to the property when it was safe, nobody in management had the public relations savvy to either give the guests the night free or a voucher for a free night. I guess being displaced for 3 hours is just a minor annoyance to the manager of this property. Add rain to the displacement.
