The receptionist asked me the insureds name, and quickly came back and told me that he was not insured with their office.explain to her I never been in an accident and was unsure of the process and I was also unsure of how to find the specific office with which the person that hit he was insured with. The receptionist did not have a clue and when she went to transfer me to somebody who could give me a reasonable answer she disconnected me. I am mediately called back thinking it may have been an accident disconnecting me and when I called back I went immediately into voicemail. I quickly dial another State Farm office who within 20 seconds gave me the toll-free claim number for State Farm. I mean really – how hard is that?
After, three attempts, Kellie was able to do, in minutes, what the staff had been unable to accomplish.
I have been telling my daughter to switch her insurance, told her what a great office this is.
