I can always depend on Lowe's having what I need. The employees seem to be right where I am and this visit in particular, the associate found what I was looking for then walked with me to find two other items. I always feel at home there. Love it!
Very unfriendly help Shelley rude and unhelpful. Problem with plants and having problem returning. Emily in customer service I I always hate to review again but now I have been sent to home Depot I shop at home Depot prices much better and people take you to help you Lowes walks around like walking dead zombies getting paid hourly with no care but av check watch people take break at the car. Not sure about Lowes mission statement. Good luck home Depot got you beat lots.
Lowes changed their return policy recently. Not worth it anymore. In store told me I could take stuff back if I didn’t use it and then changed their return policy so that I can’t!
Hassle free lifetime guarantee tool return policy is not true. Needed receipt??? Had to give drivers license, fetch my own replacement and wait in line twice.
Pick-up & return process is way too long!!! Sorry 2 say, Home Depot has their system down pat! They might want to see how they handle theirs because the Lowe's process need a lot of work!! People are friendly & helpful, though! Not 'all' bad!
