I had an incredible experience at Carpet One. I first wandered in with my fiance and was blown away by the beautiful showroom and by all the different flooring choices. We were looking for new flooring for our living room and didn't exactly know what we wanted. Ryan was beyond helpful and really helped us understand the different options available. He even came out to our house and did a free in home consultation while taking measurement and looking at our current wall color and other flooring in the house to help us pick some styles and colors that would go well with the rest of the house. He helped us pick out a number of styles for us to get familiar with and was incredibly patient with our questions. We finally went with some wonderful scratch-less and waterproof vinyl planking. The installation guys were great and got the entire job done in an afternoon and it looks absolutely amazing. I love Carpet One and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you to Ryan for going above and beyond and for making this a truly pleasurable experience.

Most importantly, Carpet One rushed to our aid to take care of the other concerns we had. They were taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction. The efficiency and desire to please us was genuine and most appreciated. We love our floors and would like everyone to know...this is a A+ outfit. Never! have we had this kind of support and interest to make sure we were satisfied...
Originally, I gave Carpet One a this bad review! I really owe them an apology!!! They have a unique system that would have taken care of, to a great extent the enormous amount of dust, and, found out that my husband sign off on taking advantage of this service. Since I was unaware of the sign off...I expected different results! The contractors had to take up CARPETING first... and then TILE to lay our hardwood floors( a difficult and messy job.) Had we opted for their unique system of dust control our results would have been different...
