After getting my truck back 3 months ago. I brought my truck back to car guys 3 times to get the wax off and its still wax on my truck...Once wax gets on your trimming its turn it white and damage the trimming on your vehicle.
Had my car repaired there. Did a good job repairing, and it was done in a timely manner. Though waited almost 3 weeks for them to get the part, which was only the trunk lid.

***PLEASE HEED THIS CAUTION*** This company has had my wife’s car for nearly 3 months after a tree fell on it the week before hurricane Irma struck Central Florida. The manager made my wife sign a consent to perform work and bill the insurance without First creating an itemized detail of work to be done on the car. He told her “ma’am we don’t have power after the storm. Don’t worry about the details just sign the document so we can get started on the job.” Afraid of being without her car, she signed the document. Four (4) weeks later she was called to pick up the car. Upon inspection we noticed that they used the wrong paint and it didn’t match the factory color by a long shot. We also noted multiple flaws in the paint (I.e: bubbles in the clear coat, poor blending). What is more, they painted Only one of the two sides that were damaged by tree. We did not accept the work and they agreed to correct the problems. Another four (4) weeks pass and my wife called countless times and carguys would not field her call. Subsequently, she went to their facility to see what was the delay. The manager responded “well, there are reasons and excuses, which do you want to hear first”? The short of it is; just last week they called to advise the car was ready. Upon our inspection we find obvious weld lines on the driver side A-post and the paint was consistent with the quality of work expected from a kindergartner. The manager lied about the A-post work by saying they didn’t “patch” the A-post and the weld must have been from previous damage. Coincidentally, before and after pictures provide clear evidence that the weld line didn’t appear until after their shoddy repair job. They offered no concessions or reimbursement for the extended rental car costs and demanded the insurance deductible be paid. We are pursuing channel 9 news to conduct a consumer alert and we have reached out to Morgan and Morgan for a consultation today. Needless to say, we still DO NOT have her car back. We recommend that you find another repair center!
